Jacquard woven material using combinations of Polyester (Dyed and Natural), Polypropylene, Cotton (Dyed and undyed) and Viscose (Dyed and Undyed) and innovative fibres like Bamboo, Soya, silk or Linen in warp and weft. Fabric is packaged in resilient plastic and sold in rolls according to customer specifications of length and/or weight.

DesleeMattex also weave a mat-lasse (sometimes called double weave or pocket weave) product that competes well with circular knitted fabric. Circular Knits are available in different fabric weights from 280g to 340g made from specilaised fibre and or specialised treatments for enhanced sleep performance.

Primarily is to supply polypropylene yarn for our internal use in weaving, limited amount s of extruded yarn is available to be sold.

New product development is supported by the development centre in Belgium. DesleeMattex employs dedicated design staff operating a state-of-the-art computer aided design system that allows for the matching of designs selected by customers as well as the preparation of new designs that are presented to customers for consideration.

The design facility is also supported by our designers in Belgium for new ranges and products. Fabric sampling is done with quick turnaround from design concept stage to the presentation of a physical sample allows DesleeMattex customers to present made up beds their clients who demand new products to suit changing consumer trends.

	X Construction - This is a highly advanced knitting technique (Created by DesleeClama) that creates a more colourful and 3D relief pattern. This gives the fabric an extra attractive look and colour oomph!
	Bamboo - DesleeMattex uses Bamboo yarn in their mattress ticking which ensures that you are kept cool and fresh. This is created from a process from which they use the pulp of the Bamboo which is spun into a silky soft yarn. Bamboo is a sustainable natural product that is fast becoming the most eco-friendly material of the 21st century.
	Mosquito Protection - With its foolproof and lasting insect repellent, fully meets this challenge. It also keeps the mattress top free from other annoying insects.
	Linen - Made from linen , this product adds ultimate luxury and comfort to the mattress ticking line. This natural product remains strong, hardwearing and soft to the touch knits. Linen, with its natural look, is seen as a value added product to the market.
	Bed Bug Protection - Scientifically tested, Bed Bug Protection keeps your sleeping environment safe against a wide variety of insects ,including bed bugs. Its also safe to the human touch! Even after repeated cleaning, Bed Bug Protection retains all its protective qualities.
	Anti-Acaria - As we all know it is impossible to clean our mattresses 100%,this lets the dust mites and micro–organisms develop quite easily. It creates an enormous amount of allergens. DesleeClama has developed an effective, but lasting Anti Acaria treatment for mattresses fabrics that is applied to the fabric after manufacturing. This applies to all mattress fabrics. It mainly prevents the spread of dust mites and fungus as well as the development of odours. Anti Acaria is designed specially for natural and synthetic materials.
	Aloe Vera - With its thick broad leaves that contains a gel – like sap, the Aloe plant is well known for its anti-inflammatory effects, immune restoration, anti-ageing cell restoration, growth, mosturising and accelerated regeneration of damaged skin.
