Circular is the latest technology to be added to our manufacturing plant. This machinery will allow us to manufacture the latest Stretch knits, which are finding their way onto the top end beds. Soft handle and ability to stretch gives new performance to the bedding industry. First production will be available from July 2010.

  

The Extrusion plant extrudes continuous (FDY) polypropylene filament yarn of different deniers for use as weft in woven fabric. It is also available for direct sale into the textile industry.

  

The extensive weaving plant is able to accommodate a large variety of product specifications, width and warp colour. State-of-the-art electronic jacquard and air jet looms able to weave most designs in high volumes.

 

The Finishing Stenter is equipped with the modern weft Straightener for pattern alignment, padder and backcoating system to treat and finish fabrics as required.

 

The Lamination machine allows DesleeMattex to laminate various substrates to fabric, from spun bond to foam peeling and thermal bonded fiber. Spun Bond Laminated fabric is stable and gives the fabric a much softer handle for use as panels on beds.
